| Requirements and Responsibilities For Provider Relations Representative II |
| Responsible for developing and maintaining service relationships with physicians, providers, and administrators of a provider network. Collects feedback from network stakeholders to survey satisfaction and facilitate communication. Responds to inquiries about referrals, eligibility, credentialing, and other policy matters. Tracks and documents inquiries to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and adhere to applicable policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
