| Requirements and Responsibilities For Slot Shift Manager Assistant |
| Assists the manager with gaming activities in the slot department during an assigned shift. Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Confirms all slot equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of the team processes. |
