| Requirements and Responsibilities For Branch Sales and Operations Senior Manager |
| Manages the overall operations, sales, and business development activities for a branch location of an organization. Oversees branch operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities. Builds and manages relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales and satisfaction. Monitors the branch financial performance to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets. Maintains and utilizes up-to-date knowledge about the markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors to drive successful operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
