| Requirements and Responsibilities For Chief Patient Experience Officer |
| Leads the development and implementation of a patient experience strategy that supports the organization's mission, values, and goals. Creates initiatives and projects to nurture and support a patient-centric culture across clinical, support, and administrative functions. Establishes processes for collecting, measuring, and analyzing patient, family, and staff sentiment data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Oversees the development and execution of role-based training models to enhance each patient interaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
