| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Collection Recovery Manager |
| Manages a team of collection recovery representatives. Develops collection strategies, analyzes delinquency data, and identifies process improvements. Sets and monitors collection targets. Oversees the collection recovery process to ensure adherence with organizational guidelines and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Typically works for third-party debt collection agency. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
