| Coordinates digital marketing campaigns and promotions designed to attract customers to the business and answer questions to facilitate transactions. Creates content to retain customers, build trust, and establish long-term business relationships. Uses traffic tracking applications and search engine optimization (SEO) to recognize user patterns and drive users to the company's website. Compiles and reports data on all website promotion activities to improve future strategy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
