| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Manufacturing Engineering |
| Leads and oversees the planning and design of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and machining processes for a production facility. Develops and executes the manufacturing engineering vision, strategy, and goals to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and corporate strategy. Provides leadership and strategic oversight to adapt advanced technology and automation tools that increase manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and capabilities and drive growth. Manages engineering budgets, capital expenditures, and cost control for engineering functions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. Has extensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
