| Requirements and Responsibilities For Supply Chain Planner V |
| Ensures the efficiency of supply chain operations for an organization. Develops strategic plans to improve productivity, effectiveness and quality. Implements new systems, processes, and programs to strengthen the business. May also analyze and predict inventory/capacity needs and adjust supply based on forecasted demand. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience. |
