| Requirements and Responsibilities For Volunteer Coordinator |
| Implements the daily undertakings of a volunteer program to attract, inspire, train, and deploy volunteers. Coordinates the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of volunteer workers. Assists with the training and scheduling of volunteer workers and provides immediate support and guidance on issues or questions. Motivates and inspires volunteers to encourage teamwork. Ensures that the activities of the volunteer workers meet the needs of the organization. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
