| Requirements and Responsibilities For Provider Contracting Analyst I |
| Responsible for handling facility rate setting and contract development for hospitals and health systems within a provider network. Prepares, analyzes, and reviews complex financial models to project the cost impact of proposed contract terms, rate structures, and reimbursement methodologies. Negotiates, drafts, and executes individual contracts with hospitals and health systems, ensuring terms are financially sound and operationally feasible. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
