| Requirements and Responsibilities For Provider Contracting Analyst V |
| Responsible for handling facility rate setting and contract development for hospitals and health systems within a provider network. Prepares, analyzes, and reviews complex financial models to project the cost impact of proposed contract terms, rate structures, and reimbursement methodologies. Negotiates, drafts, and executes individual contracts with hospitals and health systems, ensuring terms are financially sound and operationally feasible. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience. |
