| Requirements and Responsibilities For Loan Workout Officer I |
| Responsible for developing and implementing loan workout plans that are designed to restructure problem loans. Works closely with borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to preserve capital and maximize recovery. Analyzes financial data to restructure loan terms, secure collateral/assets, and facilitate settlements. Ensures all actions are compliant with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
