| Requirements and Responsibilities For Loan Workout Officer II |
| Responsible for developing and implementing loan workout plans that are designed to restructure problem loans. Works closely with borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to preserve capital and maximize recovery. Analyzes financial data to restructure loan terms, secure collateral/assets, and facilitate settlements. Ensures all actions are compliant with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
